There is always a nice atmosphere in the mini centre which I think is important. George Cornwell was brilliant. Friendly and professional and took time to explain everything to me. He also quickly responded to my emails.

Very satisfied, although my wait for it to return from its service, plus the new tyres that were needed was longer than I had anticipated. Great to have a clean car as well, but I did lose my mini bonnet badge due to power washing???

We booked at short notice, got a detailed confirmation of the work needed, were kept updated by Shydon and the car was cleaned and ready to collect at the arranged time. The final invoice was even a little less than the estimate. Great all round.
